Strewn Winery Muselet Rosé NV
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaStrewn's inaugural traditional method fizz, this pinot noir came from a neighbouring vineyard. This spent 16 months on lees before being disgorged with 7.4 g/L. Dry and brisk with red currant, rhubarb and a cleaning cranberry acidity, buffered by some red apple, green strawberry on the palate, with a noticeable bump of sweetness on the finish.
