Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRMX is an Ingo Grady production made at Kismet Estate Winery. His plan is fun wines, and this recipe is a GSM RMX or remix. In 2018, RMX is a 32/27/14/21/6 blend of syrah, malbec, grenache, mourvèdre and viognier that is co-fermented with the syrah. The wine is aged in a mix of older oak and stainless steel from 20-24 months. The final blend was put together about nine months ago, and it is surprisingly drinkable. The latest edition is slightly more intense this year and more elegant. Dark plums and blueberries lead to the soft, savoury textures that slip through your mouth with ease before a hit of pepper arises.
