Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Wild Horse Estate Vineyard, this spent 16 months in French barrels. The toasted wood has sunk well into this savoury, cedar-edged red, with concentrated black cherry, ripe plum, cracked pepper at the fore, and the toasted wood propping up the fruit from underneath through to a warming finish.
