SpainThis sparkler is part of the Marqués de la Concordia family of wines. Concordia is the name of the Roman goddess of Harmony, something the winery hopes to achieve in the bottle. The Cava is a 40/30/30 macabeo, xarel-lo and parellada blend. The nose is a mix of toasty lees and almonds with red apple, almond paste, and fennel dusted cherries.
