Maremma, Tuscany, ItalyAntinori's Le Mortelle Vivia is a blend of Vermentino and Viognier, with a dash of Ansonica, all from Maremma, on the Tuscan coast. Each variety was fermented cool in stainless, where they remained on lees for 3 months prior to blending. Ripe pear, white peach, green apple, honeysuckle run the sleek palate, tightened by stainless, and finishing with a citrus snap.
