Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2020 blend mixes 53% riesling, 13% rotberger, 10% gewurztraminer, 10% merlot, 9.5% chardonnay, 2.5% pinot noir and 2% viognier. It results in a juicy, fresh, off-dry rosé full of sweet strawberry and watermelon mixed with ripe red apples. It is eminently quaffable for those who like a bump of sugar in their rosé, and would be perfect on a hot beach or patio. It can also be more than a simple quaffer when you pair it with spicy meatballs, sushi, or a peppery strawberry salad with goat cheese. Enjoy and drink all summer.
