PortugalThis blend of 60% arinto and 40% bical comes from the clay and limestone soils of the Atlantic-influenced Lisboa. This was cofermented, with 2 days on skins prior to a native ferment in barrel, where it remained for 8 months on lees. Pouring a deeper yellow hue, this coats the dry, waxen palate with melon, honeysuckle, orange blossoms, and pear on a briefer palate.
