Rooted in the iron-oxide, limestone belt of the region, it aged in new and seasoned French oak for 20 months. Super fragrant with herbal thistles, wild rosemary, eucalyptus, mustard seed along a blackcurrant driven palate, gripped with firm, gritty / sticky tannins through the warming, herbal finish.
