Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom an early pick of gamay off their Creek Shores estate Whitty Vineyard, this was very softly pressed, resulting in just the faintest pink hue. Bright and lifted and tight wild strawberries, cherry blossoms, kissed with tangerine and lit with pink grapefruit peel. The palate is vibrant with lively acidity.
