Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaWith fruit from Lake Erie North Shore and Niagara, this cab sauv rosé had a 18 hour cold soak, giving its deeper blush hue. Raspberries, cherry is scented with orange, and freshened with a red currant acidity. This is dryer than the 2020, and shows the better for it.
