Mt. Boucherie Pinot Noir 2019

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLook for an open New World style with earthy black cherry and a touch of reduction upon opening. The palate has more of an earthy forest floor with fresh strawberry, and a dryish, leafy, savoury finish. This style of pinot lends itself to mushroom, pork, or salmon dishes to take to another level. The fruit comes off the Lazy River Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley.Tasted: 30 April 2021Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
