Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA blend of pinot noir and pinot gris, this has 48 hours of skin contact followed by whole cluster pressing to get the stylish pale colour. It's a bright, fruit-driven rosé, showing strawberry and candied watermelon. That confected fruit quality gives an impression of sweetness to the palate, though it finishes dryish (3 g/L residual sugar). Made to enjoy on its own, though this could do nicely with fish tacos. Only 272 cases produced.Tasted: 27 March 2021Tasted by: Prices:
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPinot noir and pinot gris are the 2020 mix, pouring a pinky/orange colour, dancing with a strawberry bubblegum scent. The attack is soft and round, accentuating what little sweetness there is. Flatter than last year, so be sure to serve this one well chilled. I do like the suggestion of serving it with watermelon feta pizza, goat cheese, pine nuts, balsamic cherries, and arugula salad. Ready to drink.Tasted: 26 March 2021Tasted by: Prices:
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Rosé blends pinot noir and pinot gris, lightly foot-tread, and left on skins for 48 hours before whole cluster pressing. Pouring a shining, day-glo orange / peach hue, this off-dry rosé is driven with fruit: orange, red apple, candied pear, strawberry gummies. There's a sprinkle of pinot spices along the medium+ palate, to a snappy, bittersweet red currant finish. Chill well, crack now, as intended.Tasted: 05 April 2021Tasted by: Prices:
