The attack is simple, dry and stylish, with just a hint of ripeness to smooth out the finish. Easy to pack to the beach, I assume you could freeze them if need be to cool down your picnic basket until it is time to spread the blanket and have lunch. Perfect for smokies on a bun and better with salmon steaks.
