Foxly Reserve Pinot Noir 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFoxly Reserve Pinot Noir comes off the Naramata Bench with a third of the fruit fermented whole cluster and punch downed three times a day over two weeks. That fruit is aged a year and a half in French oak barrels, of which about one third are new. Clean and fresh on the nose, the Reserve comes with a dark cherry nose and palate with spicy, toasted oak in support underneath. The textures are silky, and the fruit deep, dark and welcoming on the palate. This will be a hit with consumers who want something to drink now.
