Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2018 blended estate organically farmed 80% marechal foch and 20% cabernet foch, all destemmed and native fermented before 10 months in barrel prior to bottling without fining or filtration. Juicy and plump, lean and spicy, with dark cherry, brooding plum, and dark earthy notes. Tannins are low, and the palate is soft.
