Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHush is a mix of grapes led mainly by pinot gris and cabernet sauvignon, picked and processed at different times during harvest. The style is friendly with a rich bump of strawberry fruit and residual sugar held at bay by a slight undercurrent of rhubarb, spicy raspberry, cinnamon, and just enough acidity.
