Calchaqui Valley, Salta, North, ArgentinaColomé has been making wine in Salta's Upper Calchaquí Valley since 1831. This torrontés comes from vineyards 1700 - 2300m, and was fermented and rested in stainless, preserving the grape's perfumed aromatics. Perfumed this certainly is, with fragrant gooseberry, grapefruit, and pear along a lean, vibrant palate.
