Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis traditional method rosé of chardonnay and pinot noir was bottle aged for at least 18 months, and disgorged to order (10 g/L), though the DG date is not listed on the bottle. This bottle is showing its age, and time on lees, with a deeper orange peach hue, and notes of dried cherry, cherry blossom, orange pekoe, almonds, and light brioche.
