Etna, Sicily, ItalyThis is far from the status quo. It's darker-coloured and intensely savoury, speaking to place more than style. And it really could only come from Etna, with its combination of lifted florals, volcanic smokiness, and dried sour cherry. It's a compelling wine that provokes contemplation, with complexity, depth, and an unmistakable energy.Tasted: 01 September 2022Tasted by: Prices:

Etna, Sicily, ItalySlightly darker and deeper showing a ruby amber hue, this nerello mascalese rosato embodies the terroir where it’s grown. It’s packed with ripe, juicy, vibrant red berries, perfumed orange peel, and licorice spices peppered with dried flowers and herbs. It exhibits excellent typicity, finishing with distinctly Sicilian savoury saline notes.Tasted: 17 September 2022Tasted by: Prices:

Etna, Sicily, ItalyThis is a shining, deeper-hued rose of nerello mascalese, from Castiglione di Sicilia, on Etna's northern slopes. With just a few hours of skin time giving a glowing crimson, this was fermented and aged for a short stint in stainless to preserve the fresh fruit. Juicy wild raspberry, red berries, wild orange, lemon peel livens the medium-bodied, saline palate. Ample Etna minerality and freshness give a vibrancy to the palate, finishing long and salty. Unique and smart. Smashable.Tasted: 17 March 2021Tasted by: Prices:
