PortugalThis very lightly effervescent, deep-hued glowing pink blends castelão, aragonêz, touriga nacional from southern Portugal's Lisboa region. Candied raspberries, baked red currants pops with pomegranate acidity on the short, sweeter, soft palate. Take with a light berry tart or brunch waffles.
