Mendoza, ArgentinaThis chardonnay has evolved over the years, rightfully shedding some oak and focusing on fruit and lees management. The site is fruit is grown in semi-arid Valle de Uco and Luján de Cuyo at 1000 metres above sea level. It spends a short four months in oak post ferment leading to a creamy textured chardonnay with baked green apple, poached pears, and butter with a touch of vanillin on the finish.
