ItalyDurello is the name of the wine, and it derives from Durella, the name of the grape that translates to tough or strong because of its naturally high acidity levels. The nose is aromatic with refreshing floral citrus, tangerine, and pink grapefruit. The palate is creamy with 8 grams per litre of sugar, flecked with stony mineral to help temper its refreshing style. A highly agreeable mid-afternoon/early evening bubble that works with a lot of food favourites from seafood bites to sushi, chips, and even popcorn.
