California, United StatesThe conundrum is detecting the secret, exact blend, although I am not sure the answer is spy-worthy. In fact, it's a blend of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, semillon, muscat canelli, viognier, and other undisclosed finishers. It is consistently ripe in a fruit salad way, with mostly tropical fruit overtones leaving it sweeter than drier in the finish. You can enjoy on the patio well chilled or try it with a favourite spicy curry dish to counter the sweet factor.
