Vignoble du Rêveur Vibrations 2018
Alsace, FranceThis Riesling comes from 40 year old vines rooted in their biodynamic Bennwihr estate. Ten percent was macerated on skins for 10 days, and then blended back with the whole for a native ferment in foudre, where it rested on lees for 1 year until bottling with light filtration and a minimum of sulphur. Tight and nimble, this is electric with mouthwatering salinity, lime pith, green apple, wild flowers over a grippy, chalky base. Vibrations is the perfect name for this vibrant wine.
