Vignoble du Reveur Singulier 2019

Alsace, FranceThis dry Alsatian orange is a carbonic maceration coferment of Riesling and Pinot Gris, with 10 days on skins prior to a native ferment in large oak barrels, without any additions. The wine aged for one year on fine lees prior to bottling with a very low level of sulfites. Pouring a hazy, deeper orange gold hue, this medium+ orange streams tangerine, apricot, elderflower along the textural palate, threaded with citrus pith grippiness and finishing with a fine wash of mineral salts. Very harmonious and interesting.Tasted: 25 January 2021Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
