Moonlit Frizzante Roussanne Viognier Marsanne 2019

Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis frothy frizzante blends roussanne, viognier, and marsanne from Stubbs Vineyard on Osoyoos East Bench. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in stainless, with full MLF, prior to carbonation and bottling the following June. Yellow apples rule, along with subtle lime, white peach, iced tea on a light, lightly sweet palate. Acidity is crisp, and the finish is snappy. Tastes very much like a bright sparkling apple cider. The fizz fades very quickly, so chill briskly, pop the top, and consume without haste.Tasted: 14 December 2020Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
