Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaSue-Ann Staff is a 5th generation grape grower and winemaker situated on her family's 200 year old estate in Jordan, Ontario. This traditional method rosé is predominantly riesling, with 3% merlot tipped in. It spent one year on lees prior to disgorgement.
