Ontario, CanadaLazzara is named for the Speck brothers' great grandmother, and the label is in honour of their family moving from Italy to New York to work in marble on the skyscrapers built at that time. This is a charmat fizz of mystery grapes, dosed with 20.4 g/L RS. This off dry fizz rings with lime pith, tangerine, green apple, on a tight, light, nimble palate.
