Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaCuvee Peter F Huff is named for the son of Huff Estates owner Lanny Huff, and the 2004 vintage of this wine was the first traditional method fizz from Prince Edward County. This chardonnay spent 24 months on lees and is dosed with 9 g/L. Yellow apple, brioche, almonds fill the potent palate, with high acidity balanced off by the dosage.
