Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaSeverine is the first wine in the Sisterhood line. Candied lemon, lime pith, green melon streak across the light (10.5%) palate of this riesling charmat fizz, packaged in its distinctive swing top bottle. Riesling's sharp acidity is on full display here briefly, to a shorter, bitter citrus finish.
