Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaSaffron is their second wine in their Sisterhood series, and the big sister to Severine. Their first sparkling rosé, this is packaged in a swing top reusable bottle. This blends riesling, cabernet franc from vines up to 30 years old. It was dosed with 11.8 g/L RS. Pouring a deep pink hue, this rides a sharp, brisk palate of candied rhubarb, plum, and red currant, to a snappy finish.
