Veneto, ItalyFidora, an organic winery in Veneto, was established in 1974, and has been organic since its inception. This non-vintage white is a cofermented blend of Pinot Grigio, Glera, Chardonnay from across Veneto, aged for 8 months in stainless on lees, with partial MLF.
