Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2019 sees fresh, smart new packaging for Summerhill, with a new label highlighting both the Demeter biodynamic certification, and the iconic pyramid. The 2.4 acre block of Chardonnay was planted in 2005. 2019 was the first biodynamic bottling of this block, and saw the fruit native fermented and rested in stainless. A minimum of sulphur was used. This is a spicy, sweeter styled chardy, with ripe yellow apple, custard, lemon on a medium palate.
