Touraine, Loire, FranceThe JM Brut is an 80/20 mix of chenin blanc and chardonnay that opens with an aromatic nose of nutty baked apple, pear, and citrus. The palate is similar, with a lively, lightly foamy hit of honey, citrus, almonds, and pears. Cuvée JM is made according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, with 24 to 36 months on lees. An elegant, fruity bubble that lands on the sweeter side of dry.
