Veneto, ItalyOne of the first new pink Proseccos to be allowed the Prosecco DOC appellation, this glera is splashed with 10% pinot nero, giving its elegant, pale pink hue. With 15-17 g/l RS, it falls firmly in the extra-dry (meaning, sweetish) category, with fragrant cherry blossoms, tart cranberry, and subtle strawberries on a short, snappy frame, finishing with a bitter raspberry note.
