Tohu Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Awatere Valley, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand2019 Tohu is sourced entirely from vineyards located in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley. The nose has a fantastic aromatic effect as soon as you approach the glass. Tropical fruit, lemongrass, passionfruit, and tomato leaf easily lift the wine from the glass. The attack is even more intense with ripe, juicy, sweet pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass all sitting over a mineral base, and a lemon finish. Fresh and long, this is a well-made sauvignon. The fruit is all machine picked and fermented cool for 21 days.
