Running Duck Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Pinotage 2019
Western Cape, South AfricaDucks apparently play an important role in Stellar Winery's organic viticulture program, roaming for snails and other pests, hence the name Running Duck. This is quite savoury and surprisingly complex for the price. It's laden with smoke and tar alongside fresh, characterful red fruits. Medium-bodied, it's bright and juicy with modest tannins.
