This year's fun and easy blend is cabernet sauvignon, syrah, cabernet franc, malbec, and petit verdot: basically you get the feeling this is whatever that doesn't fit in somewhere else in the portfolio. Pouring a deeper pink hue, this glosses along the palate with watermelon, strawberry jam, and orange.
