Mirabel Blanc de Noir 2016
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Blanc de Noir is an estate-grown pinot noir in East Kelowna and made using the méthode traditionelle. I am impressed with its elegance that entices on the nose and follows through on the palate. Three years of ageing on lees contributes to an underlying creamy, mineral leesy character that supports a light, ethereal pink grapefruit and wild cherry fizz that is a delight to drink. Balanced, sophisticated, and well worth buying to drink or cellar.Tasted: 04 September 2020Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $42.00 | 750ml | winery online/direct |
