gPG Garganega Pinot Grigio 2017

Garda, Verona, Veneto, ItalyAraldica is a third-generation, family operated cooperative based in Piedmont, but have expanded beyond their home region, working with local growers across Italy. This comes from garganega and 15% pinot grigio, from the Garda DOC, in between Lake Garda and Vicenza. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless (3 months on fine lees), this is a crisp, simple, snappy white with subtle melon, pear, and lemon notes. Clean (almost clinically so), this will suit simple salads or shellfish dishes.Tasted: 25 September 2020Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
