Five Vineyards by Mission Hill Pinot Blanc 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaKeep it clean and simple, and you have the Five Vineyards mantra. It's mostly about the fruit and the vineyards and less about the winemaking, the latter of which is less intrusive to keep the costs in line. Pinot Blanc is undervalued in BC, but it is more about the brightness of fruit at this level. Look for a fruit salad nose and a mix of green fruit, bitter lime, and a dash of pink grapefruit.
