Limoux, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThis pale rosé blends syrah, cinsault, grenache, and merlot from Limoux. The Château's vineyards are in the Pyrenean foothills, and from vines from 300-600m. They have 272 acres, planted to 13 varieties. Fruit for the rosé comes from the highest elevation plots, hence the inherent freshness here. Wild strawberries, grapefruit, orange, and watermelon ride a slender, juicy frame, finishing snappy and bright.
