Veneto, ItalyThis estate was founded in 1508, and the current family has owned the historic property since the early 1900’s. The entire estate is farmed organically. This merlot was aged in large neutral oak vats for 8-9 months prior to bottling. Soft plum, tart blackberry is sharp with acidity, and housed by fine, downy tannins to a shorter finish.
