Veneto, ItalyThis estate was founded in 1508, and the current family has owned the historic property since the early 1900’s. The entire estate is farmed organically. Cabernet blends 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc, matured in large neutral oak for 8-9 months. The cherry, raspberry fruit is hemmed in with lashes of sapid green branch, and dusted with peppercorn. Tannins are soft and lightly sticky to a shorter finish.
