British Columbia, CanadaThough the front label has dropped the name Paula, this is the current incarnation of their traditional method wine that still goes by her name. From estate müller-thurgau, pinot gris, and ortega, this spent 24 months on lees. Dried apple, green apple, brioche, toast, and subtle anise roll across the dry, tight palate, padded out with lees and toast, but carrying the Islands' hallmark brisk marine acidity.
