Piedmont, ItalyAfter a native ferment in stainless, this is racked into 25hl oak barrels for 18 months, followed by one year's rest in bottle prior to release. Though the oak is present on the nose, it is well integrated in this full bodied red, showcasing steely ripe blueberry and deep plum, black cherry and ample minerality, supported by plump tannins.
