Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the first release of the Storm Haven series for Synchromesh, coming off their home site, and the result of 10 years of experimentation there. This floods the palate with honeyed pear, lime pith, savoury and salted brown butter, with a firmly grippy frame that draws this long to a very lingering finish. A very masterful wine, that will only improve with age.
