Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIn 2017 the chardonnay was entirely barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 11 months (20% new). Right off the top, you get notes of vanilla and butterscotch mixed into that northern green apple scent, mixed with citrus and minerals. On the palate, there is an immediate softness and more creamy, buttery notes with very light toast.
