Mayhem Pinot Blanc 2019
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata Bench fruit, this is a relatively simple pinot blanc showing characteristic pear fruit that’s supported by yeasty aromas from aging on its lees for eight months. The palate has a similar balance of fruit and lees, the latter also giving some added flesh to the 12.5% abv frame. It's an easy drinking style, but there’s a slight sour, acetic note here that detracts from the finish.
