Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNo big changes here since the last tasting, although it is clear this wine has aged very well. The nose is intensely sauvignon blanc; some might say Kiwi-style. The attack is fresh with grapefruit, lime rind, and passionfruit mixed into a palate of nectarine, lemongrass, and citrus. This cool-climate sauvignon has 88% fermented in stainless, with 12% of the mix from a six-month stay in French oak, supplying a hint of creaminess to the texture. A terrific wine for vegetarian dishes or anything that needs a squeeze of lemon.Tasted: 27 June 2021Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe nose is intensely sauvignon blanc Kiwi-style, with bright, fresh grapefruit, lime rind, passion fruit aromas that spill across the palate, along with nectarine, lemongrass, and citrus fruits. A well-played cool-climate sauvignon that is mostly stainless-steel fermented at 88 percent, with the remainder finished in French oak for six months to add just a hint of cream and mouthfeel. Serve this with any creamy dish or a vegetable favourite that needs a squeeze of lemon.Tasted: 12 August 2020Tasted by: Prices:
